Verdura Moonstone and Carved Chalcedony "Twisted Ribbon" Clip Earrings

These Verdura earrings of carved chalcedony and moonstones were created in the 2000s. Each earclip with omega back centers a moonstone cabochon framed by a tapering twisted ribbon of carved bluish gray chalcedony, mounted in 18K white gold. These unusual clip earrings charmingly combine moonstone's mysterious and evanescent blue light with softly sculpted stone.
